Shipping & Processing Policy
All orders within the U.S. are shipped via USPS with receipt confirmation and insurance. Please allow up to 14 business days for all orders to process. (Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays). Please keep in mind, you will not receive any updates on your order while it's being processed. After processing you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.
Shipping takes 2-3 business days.
Undeliverable/ Lost/ Return to Sender Packages
If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to HairBaby, it is typically due to insufficient address information. Your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. This can happen if:
˙◠˙ The shipping address does not exist
˙◠˙ The shipping address is misspelled by the customer
˙◠˙ The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number)
˙◠˙ The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package
˙◠˙ The addressee has moved
˙◠˙ The addressee has refused the package
Returned to sender packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit to place a new order using corrected address.
After an order is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you encounter any problems.
To ensure your package is delivered successfully, please make sure your shipping information is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
If your package is returned to HairBaby, you are responsible for paying the shipping fees.
Exchanges & Return Policy
Due to the hygienic nature and high demand for our products, all sales are FINAL, and no refunds are permitted under any circumstances. Customers must complete all return requests within seven days of receipt to qualify for a store credit. Any return request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified. The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition (resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored, or altered in any way (Original ties must remain intact as the customer received it). Send your return item(s), including your first name, last name, email address, phone number, the reason for the return and original receipt to:

We suggest that all returns be returned to us through a traceable postal carrier with a signature for your protection. We are not responsible fornlost items in transit; All Sales are Final on clearance and sale items. No returns will be accepted for sale or clearance items. The customer is accountable for all shipping costs associated with returning the product. A store credit would be issued once received and determined to be in resealable form. If the item was bought during a promotion that has ended, your new order will not be eligible for the expired promotion. Once a store credit or Gift Card is issued, it cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
NOTE: DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF LACE PRODUCTS (LACE FRONTALS + CLOSURES, FULL LACE WIGS), THEY CAN NOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR REPLACED.
